Chineke! joins Southbank Centre's online series
As Associate Orchestra of Southbank Centre, Chineke! is thrilled to be part of the new season of music, literature and comedy to be streamed online.
The four-month programme called Inside Out includes performances and events that will entertain, challenge and engage audiences. Inside Out will be streamed online from 17 September - 30 December. Look out for additional events to be announced later this month.
Chineke! will be contributing a new commissioned work, composed by James B. Wilson in collaboration with writer YomiSode. It is inspired by a seminal moment in the recent Black Lives Matter protests in the UK. James has already worked with Chineke! on past projects, producing wonderful pieces such as Free-Man and The Green Fuse.
